COMPLAINTS

We are very sorry if we have betrayed your trust and the purchased product did not meet your expectations in terms of quality.
We do not bury our head in the sand! If the product has a defect or it has arisen during use - you may use your right of complaint.

In order to make a complaint:

1. You must write to us with a complaint notification - just fill out this form

2. Send the complaint form to shop@lapinist.com so that we know that you want to make a complaint

3. In the last step, download the claim form and place it together with the defective goods in the package. Remember that you have to pay for it. We do not accept COD shipments.

4. Send the package to our address:

If you are returning advertised items to us, please ensure that the return package is clearly labeled "Complaint to the supplier" or something similar.

Your complaint will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the package.
You will be notified about the final decision regarding your complaint via an e-mail message.
