You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the sales agreement, starting from the moment you receive the package.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.You can get more information here.
All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging.
In the event of withdrawing from the agreement, a Consumer is obliged to return the product to Lapinist immediately, and no later than within 14 days from the date of informing Lapinist about withdrawing from the agreement.
Returns are easy and quick with us!
1. You’ll need to write to us with notice of your cancellation – just fill out this form.
2. Send the return form to firstname.lastname@example.org so we know you want to make a refund
3. In the last step, download a printout of the return request and place it inside the package. Remember that you have to pay for it. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.

If you return products to us from a destination outside the European Union, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.
5. When the return is verified by us, your funds will be returned in accordance with the refund form which you have selected. We will notify you about this via an e-mail message. The standard deadline for processing a return is 14 days from the date of receiving the return shipment.
